Just a reminder that Sewing Groups don’t run on a bank holiday, so no classes at Chalfont St Giles or Dunstable on Easter Monday or either of the May bank holidays. You are more than welcome to come along the Tring and Amersham instead as they run every Tuesday.

Anyone who signed up for a Free sewing session and hasn’t used it, please do so by the end of April as that is when the offer ends. I don’t want you to miss out!

Fix up your old clothes Friday 2nd May  10am-4pm

Most of us hoard clothes in our wardrobes that need minor repair or alteration, with the intention of eventually fixing them. But we don’t get around to fixing our worn out clothes, because we don’t actually know how to.

Now you can be taught the fixing basics in a 6 hour mending, refashioning, reinventing and upcycling workshop, on 2nd May from 10am-4pm at My Sewing Basket in Dunstable LU5 4DW

 Cost £50

Bring your old clothes and soft furnishings that are in need of a new lease of life!

Don’t forget members of Sewing Seams Easy groups get 20% discount on extra classes!

Just to give you a hint, I going to be organising lots of online events in the coming months, so you won’t miss out on sewing if you can’t travel to a class! As they say ‘Watch this space!’ Just need to get my head round the techy side of things.
